Job summary

DataRobot seeks an experienced Staff Product Security Engineer to drive security innovation and ensure FedRAMP High/DoD IL5 compliance. You will work at the intersection of engineering, automation, and federal requirements, building automation with Python/Go and guiding secure-by-design practices.

You will lead federal security initiatives, translate controls into engineering tasks, and engage with customer security teams to address CVE exposure and architecture concerns.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a United States Citizen residing in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in Information Security with time in Product Security or AppSec.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead Federal Security for ATO at FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 levels.
• Translate federal controls (NIST 800-53) into engineering requirements.
• Develop automation to support security tooling in CI/CD using Python/Go.
• Review designs, perform threat models, and educate developers on secure coding.
• Engage with customers' security teams to resolve CVE exposure concerns.
