Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead two connected areas: Skills and Learning within PART Talent Solutions. You will own the product strategy for Skills across employee experiences and core talent processes, and shape learning product strategy through collaboration with sister Intuit organizations.

You will work cross-functionally with Workforce Planning, HR partners, Design, and Product & Engineering teams to create durable, AI-enabled capabilities, driving adoption and measurable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and ownership of complex, cross-functional areas.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into durable capabilities and roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic capabilities to product problems.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Skills capability and internal learning capability.
• Lead partnerships with sister organizations to integrate Learning into the talent lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end product experiences across Skills and Learning domains.
• Use AI as an accelerant in product execution and architecture decisions.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and communicate with stakeholders.
