Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead two connected domains—Skills and Learning—within its PART Talent Solutions organization. You will own strategy for Skills as a foundation for talent processes and lead internal Learning initiatives to connect signals to development outcomes.

This senior, cross-functional role requires turning ambiguous business needs into durable product capabilities and leveraging AI to help employees build skills and grow at Intuit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience owning cross-functional areas.
• Translate ambiguous problems into durable capabilities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end product experiences across HR, Talent, Learning, and related domains.
• Strong technical fluency; collaborate with engineering, data, and platform teams.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic capabilities to product problems.
• Strong analytical skills using data, user research, and experimentation.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s Skills capability, supporting broader processes such as planning, hiring, and learning.
• Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s internal learning capability.
• Lead partnerships to integrate Learning into the talent lifecycle, connecting signals to development outcomes.
• Own end-to-end product experiences across both Skills and Learning domains.
• Use AI as an accelerant in product execution, from design to delivery.
• Expand business needs into long-term capability strategies including AI agents.
• Leverage user research and data to design experiences and inform decisions.
• Drive domain-level product decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to prevent blockers.
• Influence stakeholders through data-driven storytelling.
