Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in product management for cross-functional areas.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into durable capabilities and roadmaps.
• Experience owning end-to-end product experiences with broad cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Skills capability across Talent processes.
• Define and drive product strategy for internal Learning capability.
• Lead partnerships with sister organizations to integrate Learning into the talent lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end product experiences across Skills and Learning domains.
• Use AI as an accelerant in product design and delivery.
• Identify long-term capability strategies including AI agents usage.
• Leverage user research to inform end-to-end experiences and decisions.
• Drive cross-functional decisions with Workforce Planning, HR partners, Design, and Eng teams.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies to avoid blockers.
• Influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling.
