Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and cross-functional ownership.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into durable capabilities and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to lead across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineers on platform capabilities.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic capabilities to product problems with sound judgment.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and user research.
• Exceptional communication and influence to align senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s Skills capability across talent processes.
• Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s internal Learning capability.
• Lead partnerships to integrate Learning into the talent lifecycle and connect signals to outcomes.
• Own end-to-end product experiences across Skills and Learning domains.
• Use AI to accelerate product execution and improve workflows.
• Expand capabilities with durable, long-term AI-enabled strategies.
• Leverage user research to design end-to-end experiences and triangulate data.
• Drive domain-level decisions with cross-functional teams (Workforce Planning, HR, Design, Engineering).
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies to avoid blockers.
