Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead two connected areas: Skills and Learning, shaping a foundational capability across the talent ecosystem. The role spans strategy, cross-functional leadership, and AI-enabled product delivery to transform how employees build skills and grow at Intuit.

You will own end-to-end experiences, partner with HR, Design, and engineering teams, and drive durable strategies across the talent lifecycle with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in cross-functional roles with autonomy.
• Proven ability to define strategy and translate ambiguous problems into durable capabilities and roadmaps.
• Experience owning end-to-end product experiences and aligning stakeholders across teams.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration with engineering on data, architecture, and integrations.
• Experience applying AI/ML or agentic capabilities to product problems with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s Skills capability in relation to hiring, learning, and growth.
• Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s internal learning capability.
• Lead partnerships with sister organizations to integrate Learning into the talent lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end product experiences across Skills and Learning domains.
• Leverage AI to accelerate product execution and decision making.
• Translate business needs into durable, long-term capability strategies involving AI agents.
• Use user research and data triangulation to inform decisions and outcomes.
