Walmart is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead strategy and execution for complex products from discovery through value realization. You’ll mentor peers, influence direction, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to align with business goals.

You will own multi-quarter roadmaps, drive market insights, and manage stakeholders without direct reports while advancing innovation and operational excellence in the product area.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
• Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
• Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex products.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver value from discovery through launch and scaling.
• Build deep customer and market insights using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive data-driven decision making through experimentation, analytics, and AI opportunity assessment.
• Influence technical direction by collaborating with Engineering on architecture, feasibility, and innovation.
• Mentor product managers on roadmap development, launch readiness, and customer-centric practices.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and successful product adoption.
