Walmart Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive discovery and shape a product roadmap in Sunnyvale, CA.

You will collaborate across business, UX, and engineering teams to assess value, usability, and feasibility, while developing a compelling product strategy aligned with corporate goals. You will champion product vision, engage in deployment and adoption activities, and partner with multiple functions to evaluate business cases and ensure successful post-launch outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience managing a product roadmap based on customer and business needs.
• Experience performing Agile ceremonies using Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with requirement gathering and cross-functional collaboration using the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using design tools to collaborate and communicate requirements with designers.
• Experience using testing tools and methodologies to execute iterative functional testing on products.
• Experience with project planning based on the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
• Experience using market research to execute competitive assessments and determine product market fit.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the product discovery process with Business, UX, and Engineering teams, assessing value and feasibility.
• Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to corporate goals.
• Support implementation and deployment, train users, and validate adoption post-launch.
• Define, track and improve key product metrics and feedback loops.
