Walmart in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive discovery and shape a product roadmap aligned with corporate goals. You will work with Business, User Experience, and Engineering to evaluate value, usability, and feasibility, translating findings into concrete specifications and a clear product strategy.

You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, manage the product lifecycle from discovery to deployment, train users, and track key metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering product roadmaps based on customer and business needs.
• Familiar with Agile ceremonies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Ability to gather requirements and collaborate cross-functionally with design and engineering.
• Experience with PDLC and market research to assess product-market fit.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product discovery process with Business, UX, and Engineering teams; assess value, usability, and feasibility of features.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate high-level and detailed product specifications; develop a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Support implementation and deployment by collaborating with Engineering and Project Management; ensure adoption and post-launch validation.
