Job summary

Walmart in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Product Manager to lead a major, high‑impact area within Walmart Connect Sponsored Search. You’ll define product strategy and roadmaps, build AI/ML and platform capabilities, and drive products end to end from problem definition through launch and iteration.

Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to deliver data‑driven products that improve shopper understanding, ad quality and ranking, advertiser performance and yield, and personalization at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area; 7 years’ PM experience or 9 years’ PM/related experience.
• Experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering on data-driven products.
• Experience delivering complex products at scale and influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps by identifying high-impact opportunities.
• Build AI/ML and platform capabilities with Data Science and Engineering.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from problem framing to launch and iteration.
• Influence cross‑functional teams and executives to align priorities and decisions.
• Improve shopper intent understanding, ad quality and ranking, and personalization.
