Job summary

Walmart in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for complex products across the Last Mile Delivery domain. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle, leveraging data-driven insights to drive measurable value and cross-functional alignment with Data Science, Engineering, and Operations.

You will balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and economics while building scalable platform capabilities and guiding multi-stakeholder teams through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in product management (or 9 years in PM/related area).
• Strong ability to connect capacity planning and network execution into a coherent product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and roadmap.
• Own the product lifecycle.
• Define the optimization architecture connecting forecasting, capacity planning, sourcing, trip creation, routing, real-time execution.
• Partner deeply with Data Science and Engineering to build forecasting, optimization, simulation, and decisioning capabilities.
• Define objective functions and guardrails across speed, reliability, density, utilization, driver experience, and economics.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Sourcing, Matching, Pricing, Incentives, Dynamic SLA, Operations, Finance, and Driver Experience.
• Drive the transition from rules to intelligence and build reusable platform capabilities.
