Job summary
Walmart in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the full product lifecycle from requirements to launches. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to define roadmaps, success metrics, and KPIs, and translate them into actionable product requirements and UX specs.
You will conduct user studies, lead end-to-end testing and beta launches, and communicate impact through launch emails and stakeholder briefings.
Qualifications
- Experience defining detailed product requirements and tech system interactions.
- Ability to translate user needs into UX mocks and PRDs.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end product launches and scale-ups.
Responsibilities
- Drive product lifecycle from requirements to launch and scaling.
- Write PRDs with tech and UX requirements.
- Define success metrics and KPIs with analytics team.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, research, and analytics.
- Conduct user interviews and prototype testing to inform roadmaps.
- Prepare launch communications and stakeholder updates.
