In this pivotal role, you will set the strategic vision for Coursera's search experience across our diverse product suite by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, personalized and ML/AI driven learner experience. The best candidates are extremely hands‑on, obsessed with the learner journey, and opinionated about how AI can make finding the right course, credential, or skill path effortless for a global, multilingual audience.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, data science, ML, and university partnership teams to contribute to the development of your product roadmap. You will be in close collaboration with marketing, partnership managers, and growth product teams to ensure the successful growth of the product.
