Coursera, a globally distributed learning platform, is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing professional to lead go-to-market for new content launches. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, size impact, and own the end-to-end GTM plan from launch to renewal.
You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across On-Platform Marketing, CRM, and Paid Media, coordinating with Content, Category Management, and Product to maximize learner value and business outcomes.

Within our Consumer organization, you'll drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Coursera's key new content launches. The Lifecycle Marketing team converts owned demand into revenue and maximizes learner lifetime value by connecting new content, promotions, and seasonal moments into coordinated campaigns that progress learners from first purchase through renewal. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define success metrics, size expected impact, build the GTM plan, and own the execution and results. In this role, you'll make the scope and timeline calls that keep campaigns moving while remaining accountable for the business outcomes each campaign delivers.

Compensation
This role is available in the following US Pay Zones:
US Zone 3: $139,000 - $173,500
US Zone 4: $129,000 - $161,500
