Job summary

Horizon3 is in search of a highly motivated and technically skilled Staff Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of NodeZero Rapid Response. This role blends product leadership, cybersecurity expertise, threat intelligence experience, technical depth, and customer empathy to help organizations quickly understand real, exploitable risk.

The Staff Product Manager for Rapid Response will own the product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, and operating model for NodeZero Rapid

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management for technical B2B SaaS with cybersecurity focus.
• Threat intelligence experience required; work with cyber threat intel and vulnerability data.
• Deep understanding of CVEs, vendor advisories, and exploitation lifecycle.
• Ability to translate threat data into actionable customer outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, researchers, and security practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for NodeZero Rapid Response.
• Define end-to-end operating model from threat signal to verification.
• Set ownership, SLAs, and rhythms across teams involved in Rapid Response.
• Drive standardization and scalability of research and workflows.
• Establish exploit-intelligence relationships with vendors and researchers.
• Define threat intel strategy across CVEs, KEV, advisories, and research.
• Build customer relevance through asset intelligence and context.
• Lead adoption, onboarding, and go-to-market actions for Rapid Response.
