Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own NodeZero Threat Hunting, from category definition to ARR, pricing, and GTM. You will translate SOC and IR needs into differentiated product capabilities and collaborate with Attack and Engineering to move from prototype to GA.

As CEO of this product within Precision Defense PM, you will set vision, own commercial performance, and align Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around shared goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience with technical B2B security products.
• Strong business ownership with launches, pricing, and retention.
• Deep understanding of SOC, threat hunting, and IR teams.

Responsibilities

• Be the CEO of Threat Hunting: vision, strategy, and priorities; accountable for outcomes.
• Define category and framework for exposure-driven threat hunting.
• Own ARR and growth with Sales, CS, and Finance to hit targets.
• Define business plan and roadmap with target segments and buyers.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization; improve adoption and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional execution and ensure timely launches and growth.
