Job summary

Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company delivering autonomous pentests and threat intelligence-driven security offerings through NodeZero. As Staff Product Manager for Rapid Response, you will own strategy, roadmap, and customer experience, working with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to translate evolving threats into actionable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building deeply technical B2B SaaS products with cybersecurity context.
• Hands-on experience with threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or related fields.
• Ability to translate threat intel into actionable customer outcomes.
• Experience blending multiple telemetry, intelligence, and customer data sources.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management and data-driven decision skills.
• Decisive product judgment in a rapidly changing threat landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, customer experience, and operating model for NodeZero Rapid Response.
• Collaborate with Attack Team, Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel and Support to monitor threats and validate exploitability.
• Define measurements and KPIs for threat response, alert precision, remediation rates, and retest success.
• Drive automation and scalable workflows for exploit development and production-safety checks.
• Partner with vulnerability researchers and attack engineers to assess exploit prerequisites and mitigations.
• Lead cross-functional execution, UX, and reporting to ensure effective customer outcomes.
