Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own NodeZero Threat Hunting, bridging offense and defense. You will define category strategy, own ARR and pricing, and lead Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success toward shared goals.

You will partner with the Attack team and bring the offering from prototype to GA, owning the end-to-end experience and technical decisions that shape customer value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience with technical B2B security products.
• Track record owning commercial outcomes including revenue targets, pricing and launches.
• Deep understanding of SOC, threat hunting, and IR teams.
• Technical aptitude with security telemetry and attack techniques.
• Systems thinking to structure complex domains.
• Excellent communication to explain concepts clearly.
• Bias to action and executive-level influence.
• Curiosity and quick learning in new domains.

Responsibilities

• Be the CEO of Threat Hunting: own product vision, strategy, and priorities with customer outcomes.
• Define the category and framework for threat hunting in customer environments.
• Own ARR and growth; set targets with Sales, CS, and Finance.
• Define business plan, roadmap, and investment needs.
• Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization with adoption in mind.
• Track competition and translate insights into strategy and enablement.
• Lead cross-functional execution and ensure accountable ownership.
• Build and ship: collaborate with Attack and Engineering to GA this offering.
• Own end-to-end experience: UI, API, and integrations with UX in mind.
• Go deep technically: telemetry, detection, and data integrations.
• Own delivery: write requirements and unblock priorities.
• Shape positioning with PMM for buyers, value, channels, and campaigns.
• Drive sales enablement with training, demos, and ROI narratives.
• Ensure adoption and value realization with Customer Success.
• Define and track success metrics: ARR, attach rate, retention, adoption.
