Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead NodeZero Rapid Response, owning the strategy, roadmap, and customer experience for rapid vulnerability response. This role requires deep cybersecurity knowledge, threat intelligence experience, and the ability to translate complex security signals into actionable customer outcomes.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Support to define how Horizon3 monitors threats, prioritizes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience building deeply technical B2B SaaS products with cybersecurity depth.
• Experience translating threat intelligence into actionable customer outcomes.
• Hands-on experience working with cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for NodeZero Rapid Response.
• Define threat intelligence strategy and exploitability validation in customer environments.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Support to drive launches and customer education.
• Drive automation, feedback loops, and security operations alignment to maintain rapid response effectiveness.
• Establish end-to-end operating model and performance metrics for rapid response programs.
