Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead Fetch Play, expanding a major revenue driver and growing rewarded experiences beyond gaming into non-game apps.

You will shape lifecycle, activation, engagement, and win-back strategies, align cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable product capabilities that meet advertiser and marketplace needs while maintaining strong product judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of increasing scope and delivering outcomes.
• Experience owning lifecycle, activation, engagement, or retention across the full user journey.
• Deep knowledge of mobile gaming, advertising, and monetization ecosystems.
• Experience in mobile advertising or lifecycle products with strong consumer product fundamentals.
• Track record building native mobile mechanics (progression, achievements, rewards) that boost engagement.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing economics, CPI, advertiser budgets, seasonality, and tradeoffs.
• Ability to define KPIs, design experiments, roadmaps, and make data-driven decisions under uncertainty.
• Staff-level influence and judgment to align teams and move initiatives forward without direct authority.
• Experience in rewarded, marketplace, gaming, or highly monetized consumer ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Fetch Play, balancing user value, partner outcomes, and Fetch’s growth and revenue goals.
• Own the end-to-end user journey for Play from discovery through engagement milestones and rewards payout.
• Develop a lifecycle and personalization strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and win-back.
• Lead high-ambiguity initiatives and build native capabilities that create new ways to engage users.
• Partner with Business Development to turn advertiser, publisher, and marketplace needs into scalable product capabilities.
• Define KPIs, size opportunities, and use experimentation to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
• Build durable growth by evolving reward economics and addressing fraud, attribution, and platform risks.
• Align teams and senior leaders through clear strategy, requirements, and progress updates.
• Raise the product bar by creating reusable frameworks and mentoring other PMs.
