Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Partner Platform under the AI Builder Experience. You will own the Partner API, onboarding, enterprise controls, and partner‑managed experiences, shaping how ecosystems build trusted MongoDB experiences for users.

You will lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, design, IAM, billing, security, docs, analytics, and field teams, turning opportunities into a clear vision and executable roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading complex technical products, platforms, APIs, or ecosystems.
• Proven track record taking a product from ambiguity to launch and ongoing evolution.
• Deep technical fluency in APIs, auth, distributed systems, and security trade‑offs.
• Experience building products for developers and AI-native workflows.
• Strong partner and customer instincts translating external needs into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Partner Platform, starting with the Partner API.
• Build partner onboarding, enterprise controls, billing, and discovery features.
• Define an actionable roadmap and operating model for partner intake and launch readiness.
• Collaborate across teams to align on cross‑functional outcomes and external narratives.
• Represent MongoDB externally as a leader in AI-native product development and ecosystems.
