Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to shape the next phase of growth across Community Edition and Atlas. You will lead a team of PMs, mentor top talent, and partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to drive self-service monetization and broad customer expansion.

You will own the growth strategy, design a robust experimentation program, translate insights into prioritized initiatives, and present learnings to executives as part of quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 4+ years leading Product‑Led Growth, Growth Product, or self-service growth motions at SaaS/cloud companies.
• Deep understanding of PLG mechanics across acquisition, activation, retention, monetization.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy for MongoDB Community Edition and MongoDB Atlas.
• Mentor and guide Product Managers to think broadly about the customer journey.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to launch growth initiatives.
• Align product and GTM strategy and identify monetization opportunities that accelerate self-service adoption.
