Job summary

LiveKit is seeking a Product Manager to own the Agent Observability product, guiding the end-to-end roadmap from traces to dashboards and quality metrics. You will balance two user groups: engineers debugging production calls and non-technical operators reviewing quality, cost, and behavior.

As the sole PM for this new category, you’ll shape a vision, partner with engineering, and drive adoption and revenue in a rapidly growing company. This role may be remote or based in SF HQ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, at a senior or staff level.
• Technical depth and ability to reason about complex systems.
• Experience building for both deeply technical and non-technical users.
• Strong cross-functional influence and leadership without heavy processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thrives in ambiguity and moves quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the observability roadmap with a clear vision and sequenced plan; decide what to build and when in partnership with engineering.
• Ship data-dense products that users rely on daily and raise the bar on quality.
• Make agent quality measurable with evals and metrics for latency, cost, conversation quality and behavior.
• Design for two audiences: deeply technical users and non-technical operators without compromising either.
• Engage with customers and data to understand how teams run and debug agents in production; prioritize accordingly.
• Grow the product into a revenue-driving observability offering.
