Job summary

IonQ is seeking a customer-obsessed, technically deep product manager to build critical pieces of our quantum computing portfolio. You will own a next‑generation hardware program from early definition through launch, aligning capabilities with customer needs and ensuring the product is ready for market.

Collaborating with engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing, you will define the roadmap, go‑to‑market strategy, and cross‑functional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of technical product management experience with hardware-software co-development or scientific instrumentation.
• Direct experience with Quantum Computing, Quantum Information Science, and/or AMO Physics.
• Experience turning research-grade technologies into productized customer-facing offerings.
• World-class written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starting leader in ambiguous environments.
