As a senior product leader, you will lead cross-functional teams, shape a data-informed roadmap, and steer investments in AI-driven features that enhance adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of product management experience in scaled SaaS products.
• Track record of setting product strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Experience evolving a core product at scale and improving key metrics.
• Exceptional product sense with strong customer empathy.
• Proven product-led growth experience (self-serve activation/engagement).
• Experience using AI to improve customer workflows; shipping AI features a plus.
• Strong analytical judgment combining data, research, and intuition.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

• Define the Meetings strategy and translate opportunities into a roadmap.
• Make scheduling effortless by simplifying mature workflows.
• Drive growth by improving activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Expand capabilities into new segments, workflows, and use cases.
• Shape the future by aligning AI and evolving customer behaviors with investments.
• Lead through influence across Engineering, Design, Data, Research, Marketing, Sales.
• Own outcomes by defining OKRs and using data to iterate.
• Raise the product bar while preserving simplicity for customers.
