Calendly in San Francisco seeks a Staff Product Manager to own the roadmap for an AI-powered customer experience initiative, spanning AI support quality, automated resolution, and human escalation.

You will work across Product, GTM, Marketing, Customer Support and Engineering to align taxonomy, measurement, and processes, delivering durable multi-quarter capabilities that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience across startups and scaleups.
• Direct experience with AI-powered/conversational agents.
• Track record driving cross-functional standards and platform adoption.
• Strong product sense grounded in customer experience data.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Calendly's AI-enabled customer experience initiative.
• Increase automated resolution while reserving human support for complex issues.
• Define and improve AI quality across answer accuracy, resolution quality, and escalation effectiveness.
• Build measurement and observability layer for agent/bot quality, automated resolution rate, and CX metrics.
• Establish a company-wide supportability contract for new capabilities from day one.
• Close the loop between customer issues and R&D to drive prioritized actions.
• Lead across product, engineering, AI/data, growth, trust & safety, support, and content operations.
• Use customer feedback and experimentation to drive progress toward clear business outcomes.
