Qualifications

• Own engagement as a system—ranking, timing, and triggers that foster habitual use.
• Own surfaces where Calendly shows next steps, in-product and by email, at the right moment.
• Build the habit of returning without making the product feel noisy.
• Ship fast and learn from real usage.
