Job summary

Calendly is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead AI-assisted meeting workflow features. Based in the Bay Area with a hybrid model, you’ll work in the San Francisco office twice weekly and partner with design, engineering, and research to ship trusted, real-time capabilities.

We want 8–10 years of PM experience across startups and scaled environments, with a track record in assistant or AI products, strong UX empathy, and a bias for fast learning and shipping.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of varied PM experience across startups and scaled companies.
• Experience with assistant or AI-generated content where voice and tone mattered.
• Real taste for AI output quality.
• Keen product sense and UX design experience with deep empathy for customers.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products.

Responsibilities

• Own the assistant product that surfaces and drafts actions around meetings.
• Turn problems into an assistant that helps at the right moments.
• Earn trust in the assistant’s output to enable more autonomy over time.
• Ship fast and learn in the open, releasing real versions to users and iterating.
