Job summary

HSI is seeking an AI Product Manager responsible for the strategy and execution of customer-facing AI solutions, including the Model Context Platform (MCP) and related AI services. You will drive context-aware, AI-native product experiences powered by LLMs, automation, and data, applying strong product fundamentals and a practical understanding of AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or platform products.
• Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt design, RAG, and AI agent workflows.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, vector databases, orchestration frameworks)
• Experience defining and improving AI system performance through metrics and evaluation
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to generate requirements, prototype experiences, and analyze data

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for a virtual assistant–driven application interface, including conversational experiences and workflow automation.
• Lead the evolution of MCP, including context management, memory, orchestration, and service integrations.
• Translate company strategy and customer needs into differentiated AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to design AI-powered features leveraging LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Define product requirements, including system behavior, prompts, guardrails, and evaluation criteria.
• Drive execution through agile development cycles with a prioritized backlog.
• Establish and monitor AI performance metrics (accuracy, latency, cost, hallucination rates).
• Lead experimentation to improve model outputs and user experience.
• Partner with data teams to define feedback loops and data requirements for fine-tuning.
• Use AI tools to accelerate PM workflows and document requirements.
