Fieldguide is seeking a seasoned product leader to shape the corporate internal audit line from market entry through a structured, sequenced roadmap. You will build enterprise-grade AI agents that improve efficiency, quality, and the practitioner experience across the audit lifecycle.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, communicate strategy, and drive feature adoption, while working directly with Chief Audit Executives and other senior leaders, including onsite

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with internal audit, SOX, risk, or regulated compliance workflow.
• Fluent in audit vocabulary; strong technical fluency with LLMs and agent architecture.
• Able to hold strategic positions under pressure and translate skeptic workflows into product requirements.

• Shape product strategy for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit line, from market entry to a sequenced roadmap.
