Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Identity Platform to empower all users to securely access their accounts and protect sensitive workflows. You will translate workflows into scalable services, analyze user experience data, and partner with engineering to deliver impactful results.

The role requires deep SaaS product expertise, a strong customer focus, and the ability to lead across multiple teams into a shared vision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systems or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Track record in defining and delivering awesome products solving big customer needs.
• Experience managing a team and coaching individuals to do their best.
• Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development with engagement with engineering teams.
• Data-driven approach to defining success metrics and prioritizing requirements.
• Program/project management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Account lifecycle from onboarding to account management.
• Help QuickBooks customers work with their employees and expand their business network.
• Provide product thought leadership and identify customer requirements to design scalable services.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable systems.
• Take a data-driven approach to measure success and drive roadmap.
• Drive the MVP to full-scale execution and manage dependencies across services.
• Partner with program management to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with Intuit business teams to align priorities and requirements.
• Spend time with end-users to understand pain points and opportunities.
• Represent the team in internal and external presentations and events.
