Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Account lifecycle from onboarding to account management.
• Help QuickBooks customers work seamlessly with their employees and expand their business network.
• Provide product leadership in identifying customer requirements and designing scalable user experiences.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable identities.
• Take a data-driven approach to defining success metrics and prioritizing requirements.
• Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to scale.
• Partner with program management to coordinate delivery across services and teams.
• Engage with business groups to align requirements and drive to a common goal.
• Spend time with end-users to understand pain points and deliver delightful solutions.
• Represent the team in internal and external presentations and events.
