Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a PM role, esp. identity systems.
• Track record delivering products solving big customer needs and enabling scale.
• Experience managing a team and coaching individuals to perform at a high level.
• Demonstrated technical depth in SaaS development with strong collaboration with engineers.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to tie metrics to business outcomes.
• Proven program/project management skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to define big visions and inspire teams to deliver innovations.
• Customer-focused strategy and priorities with strong collaboration across groups.
• Excellent communication, influencing executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for Identity Authentication, Verified Identity Network, and Identity Proofing.
• Provide product thought leadership to translate customer requirements into scalable services.
• Coach a small team of product managers to elevate their craft.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable solutions.
• Adopt a data-driven approach to measure success and prioritize work.
• Experiment with data to influence business decisions.
• Drive the roadmap from MVP to full-scale implementations.
• Partner with program management to manage dependencies and delivery.
• Work with different Intuit teams to align requirements and priorities.
• Engage with end-users to understand pain points and opportunities.
