Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering platform products, esp. identity systems or large-scale apps.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful products solving customer problems.
• Experience coaching and leading teams to excellence.
• Deep technical engagement with engineering and architecture teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making and measurable impact.
• Proven program/project management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead vision/strategy for the Identity Platform end-to-end lifecycle.
• Drive roadmap and execution from MVP to scale across services.
• Partner with PM and engineering to deliver scalable, secure user experiences.
• Establish success metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams to align requirements and priorities.
• Engage with customers and partners to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Represent the team in internal/external presentations and events.
