Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Principal Product Manager for the Identity Platform in Mountain View to lead Authentication, Verified Identity Network, and Identity Proofing, enabling secure access and safeguarding workflows across Intuit's ecosystem.

You will drive end-to-end product lifecycle, define MVPs, and build scalable identity services while partnering with engineering and data science to apply AI/ML insights to identity solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define vision and roadmaps for IAM platforms.
• Deep knowledge of identity, authentication, SSO, MFA, and ID proofing.
• 10+ years in platform product management for SaaS.
• Technical depth enabling collaboration with engineering leads.
• Data-driven with KPIs/OKRs and dashboards experience.
• AI/ML integration opportunities within products/workflows.
• End-to-end lifecycle management with cross-functional teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment.
• Excellent communication with executives and partners.
• Customer-focused in identity/authentication contexts.

Responsibilities

• Build Identity products for Consumers, Merchants and Developers.
• Gather requirements for software products globally.
• Deliver services with low cost, fast time-to-market and agility.
• Deliver mobile components to enable rapid cross-platform experiences.
• Define ownership, funding, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure correct product usage.
• Track end-user problems and market trends in Identity.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and measure long-term success.
• Manage full lifecycle from PRD to roadmap.
• Partner with engineers, designers, lawyers and data scientists.
