Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff Product Manager for the Identity Platform to empower users to securely access their accounts at scale. The role leads vision, strategy, and execution across teams to deliver secure, high-performance identity services.

You will drive metrics, collaborate with engineering, design, and business partners, and guide MVP to full-scale delivery while deeply understanding customer workflows and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and delivering platform products in a Product Management role, especially identity systems or large-scale enterprise apps.
• Track record of delivering products solving big customer problems.
• Experience managing a team and coaching individuals to perform at their best.
• Demonstrated depth in SaaS software development with strong engagement with engineering teams.
• Data-driven decision making and success measurement.
• Proven program/project management skills across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Identity Platform from onboarding to lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with QuickBooks customers and teams to scale business network integration.
• Provide product leadership for identifying customer requirements and designing scalable user experiences.
• Work with architects and engineers to design secure, scalable services.
• Define success metrics, prioritize requirements, and communicate plans and progress.
• Drive roadmap and execution from MVP to large-scale delivery across services.
• Coordinate with program management to align dependencies and delivery.
• Engage with business teams to align requirements and priorities with a common goal.
• Spend time with end-users to understand pain points and craft delightful solutions.
• Represent the team in internal presentations and external events.
