Lennar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead FP&A platforms across Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM, driving modernization and the future-state architecture for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will partner with Finance and LTG to translate business needs into actionable epics, manage delivery in a SAFe environment, and ensure scalable, well-governed FP&A solutions across multiple divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in large, decentralized, multi-division organizations.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, OCI).
• MBA/Finance/Accounting or related advanced degree.
• Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own FP&A systems roadmap for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Translate FP&A needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Finance to prioritize needs by value, financial impact, and complexity.
• Lead Oracle EPM modernization and integrations with E1 and data warehouses.
• Balance configuration vs. customization for long-term maintainability.
