Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead FP&A platforms across Oracle E1 and Oracle EPM, aligning finance processes with scalable technology. The role requires deep FP&A domain knowledge and experience delivering enterprise financial system transformations in complex, multi-entity environments.

You will own roadmaps, partner with LTG and Finance, and drive integrations between Oracle E1, Oracle EPM, data warehouses, and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree.
• Experience with large, decentralized, multi‑division organizations.
• Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for FP&A systems.
• Translate FP&A needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Finance to prioritize based on value and regulatory needs.
• Lead automation and AI/ML initiatives to reduce manual workloads.
• Drive Oracle EPM transformation and tech modernization initiatives.
