Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Product Manager for Financial Planning Technology to design and evolve digital FP&A capabilities across Oracle EPM Cloud and related platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, enabling budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting with a focus on AI-enabled improvements.

You will partner with FP&A and Finance teams, drive end-to-end implementation, and shape the FP&A tech roadmap while ensuring production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning systems, Finance technology, EPM, or related enterprise applications.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / PBCS / EPBCS.
• Experience supporting or implementing enterprise Budgeting, Forecasting, and/or Long-Range Planning.
• Experience working with financial data integrations and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FP&A stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Design, build, test, and implement capabilities within Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Lead financial planning technology initiatives from requirements through adoption.
• Enhance budgeting, forecasting, LRP, and management reporting capabilities.
• Explore AI-enabled capabilities for forecasting, scenario analysis, and automation.
• Partner with Data, Analytics, AI, Finance, and Digital teams to deliver integrated FP&A solutions.
• Establish best practices for design, testing, documentation, deployment, and change management.
