Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead FP&A platforms across Oracle JD Edwards (E1) and Oracle EPM solutions. You will own the roadmap for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting in a large, decentralized, multi-entity homebuilder environment.

You will drive technical modernization, data integrations, and governance with LTG and Finance teams, balancing customization with maintainability and delivering automation to reduce manual workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience with large, decentralized, multi-division organizations.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure or OCI.
• Familiarity with agile / SAFe delivery models.
• MBA, Finance, Accounting, or related advanced degree.
• Oracle EPM or JD Edwards certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end FP&A systems roadmap for budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and reporting.
• Translate FP&A business needs into epics and user stories for improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance to prioritize needs based on value, impact, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Oracle EPM transformations and drive system integrations.
• Partner with LTG and Finance to design scalable future-state FP&A architectures.
