Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems in the United States. You’ll join a high-impact team shaping finance, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay workflows, partnering with Accounting, Controllership, Tax, and Engineering to deliver compliant, automated solutions.

You will translate finance requirements into PRDs for engineers, drive policy-driven workflows, and ensure strong internal controls while scaling the global marketplace for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, program, or project management with 4+ years in accounting-related roles.
• Strong accounting fundamentals including accruals, revenue recognition, COA, reconciliation, month-end close, and SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and prioritize finance features and product enhancements with clear value and metrics.
• Understand end-to-end workflows of finance, procurement, and operations from customer and internal accounting perspectives.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Legal, and Tax to ensure launches land smoothly.
• Own release enablement: communications, documentation, SOPs, training, and cross-functional alignment.
