Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems to bridge order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. You will translate finance requirements into PRDs for engineers, gather feedback from customers, partners, and the Accounting team, and drive features that strengthen internal controls and finance workflows.

You will collaborate across Finance, Tax, Legal, Sales, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions, while embedding audit trails and SOX-compliant controls into processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product, program or project management experience.
• 4+ years in an accounting related role such as bookkeeping, staff accounting or audit.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, or 10+ years in an accounting related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and prioritize features and product enhancements that matter.
• Develop a deep understanding of finance, procurement and operational workflows.
• Act as hub between Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Sales, Order Operations, Partner Experience, Legal and Tax.
• Own release enablement end to end: communication, documentation, SOPs and training, coordinating with Marketing.
• Build controls into the product with SOX-relevant controls in workflows.
• Apply automation and AI to high-volume manual work with measurable, reversible improvements.
