Job summary
Xometry, a Nasdaq-listed company, seeks a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems in Lexington, KY. You will shape the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay lifecycles, translating finance needs into PRDs for engineers and collaborating with Accounting and Controllership to strengthen internal controls.
You will drive cross-functional alignment, own release enablement, and build robust policy-driven workflows with automation where appropriate.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product/program/project management experience with 4+ years in an accounting-related role.
- Strong accounting fundamentals: accruals, revenue recognition, COA, month-end close, SOX controls.
- Experience with ERP integrations and finance system workflows.
- Ability to translate finance requirements into PRDs engineers can build from.
Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and prioritize features and enhancements with measurable business value.
- Develop deep personas across finance, procurement, and operations to map end-to-end workflows.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Legal for launches.
- Own release enablement: documentation, SOPs, training, and marketing touchpoints to ensure adoption.
