Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems to sit at the intersection of the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay lifecycles. You will translate finance requirements into PRDs that engineers can build from, and you will own release enablement from communication to training to ensure adoption.

You will partner with Accounting, Controllership, Tax, and Internal Audit to embed controls into workflows, drive automation, and connect ERP with third-party solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product, program or project management experience.
• 4+ years in an accounting-related role such as bookkeeping, staff accounting or audit.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, accruals, revenue recognition and SOX controls.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms and journal entry flows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for engineers and executives.
• Autonomous problem solver with deep transactional ecosystem knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize features and enhancements, and define the business value.
• Develop deep understanding of finance workflows from customer and accounting teams.
• Align engineering, finance, accounting, sales, and legal groups for launches.
• Own release enablement: communications, SOPs, training, and adoption.
• Design policy-driven workflows and integrate with ERP and third-party tools.
• Apply automated solutions and AI where verifiable and measurable.
• Research and troubleshoot complex orders, POs, and GL postings.
