Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems to bridge order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. You’ll own requirements, PRDs, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Finance, and Accounting, ensuring controls and governance are embedded in the product from day one.

You will lead initiatives to automate cash application, invoice handling, and reconciliations, partnering with Controllership and Tax, while enabling smooth releases and user adoption across the

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, program or project management, with 4+ years in an accounting-related role.
• Accounting fundamentals, accrual concepts, revenue recognition, SOX controls.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and prioritize features and product enhancements with clear business value.
• Translate finance requirements into PRDs for engineers.
• Own release enablement: communication, SOPs, training, and cross-functional alignment.
• Build controls into product with accounting, controllership, tax and internal audit partners.
• Apply automation and AI where it is verifiable to reduce manual work like cash application and dispute triage.
