Job summary

Xometry Europe seeks a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems to connect order-to-cash with procure-to-pay workflows. You will translate finance needs into PRDs for engineers and partner with Accounting, Controllership, Tax, and Sales to land features.

You will own release enablement, drive controls into product design, and push automation while tracing journal entries from the ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product, program or project management with 4+ years in an accounting related role.
• Accounting fundamentals: revenue recognition, month-end close, SOX controls.
• Experience with ERP integrations and procurement/finance subledgers.
• Bachelor's in accounting/finance or 10+ years in accounting; MBA/MS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize features and product enhancements with measurable business value.
• Develop understanding of finance, procurement and operational workflows for both customers and internal teams.
• Act as hub between Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Legal to enable launches.
• Own release enablement: communication, SOPs, training, and marketing coordination.
• Design policy-driven workflows and ensure controls are built into the product.
