Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems in the U.S. to shape how orders-to-cash and procure-to-pay flow into the general ledger. You’ll translate finance requirements into PRDs for engineers and work with accounting, controllership, and tax to embed controls in workflows.

You will own release enablement, build automated solutions where possible, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and accuracy across financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years in product/program/project management with accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms and subledgers (GL, AP, AR, procurement).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; autonomous problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and prioritize features and product enhancements with business cases.
• Develop understanding of finance, procurement, and accounting workflows across teams.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Legal for launches.
• Own end-to-end release enablement, including docs, SOPs, and training.
