Chime is seeking a Sr. Growth Product Data Analyst to partner with Growth Product and Engineering to drive impact across the member journey—from acquisition to retention.

You will own funnels end-to-end, design and analyze A/B tests, and translate business questions into clear, actionable recommendations that inform product strategy. Qualifications

• 5-7 years in product or business analytics roles (FinTech a plus).
• Expert-level SQL and Python.
• Applied statistics, experimental design, and A/B test analysis; ML techniques for business use.

Responsibilities

• Operate as independent thought partner to Product, Engineering, and Design to shape strategy.
• Develop a robust program of experimentation and A/B testing to improve member experiences; design power analyses and analyze results.
• Drive data-informed decisions by providing self-service analytics tools and conducting ad hoc analyses.
• Use causal inference, time-series, and forecasting to solve product questions; apply ML for customer segmentation when relevant.
• Build metrics to measure funnels, engagement, and retention; brainstorm experiments to improve them.
• Establish high-quality eventing to track detailed user behaviors across the app; develop team metrics and dashboards.
• Translate complex findings into executive-ready narratives to inspire action and alignment.
• Develop robust dbt data pipelines and improve data quality and accessibility.
