Walmart - Internal in Sunnyvale, CA, seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive discovery with business, UX, and engineering teams and to define high-level specifications and a compelling product roadmap. You will collaborate across functions to build business cases, guide implementation, and train users on new features.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with PM experience, strong data and market research skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles toward

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; 3 years PM experience; OR Bachelor’s + 5 years PM experience.
• Experience managing a product roadmap based on customer and business needs.
• Proficient in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with MS Office; design tools; testing tools; PDLC; market research; data analysis with Excel and Tableau; CRM; system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product discovery by collaborating with Business, UX, and Engineering to assess value, usability and feasibility.
• Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
• Support product implementation with Engineering and PM; launch products and ensure adoption; coordinate post-launch validation.
• Define, track and improve key product metrics and user feedback loops.
