Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a data‑driven product leader to shape operational intelligence for Driver Earnings.

You will define earnings health metrics, strengthen analytics foundations, and build tools that help teams identify and resolve issues quickly. You’ll partner across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Accounting, and Compliance to turn ambiguous problems into durable products with scalable operating mechanisms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager.

Responsibilities

Define metrics and KPIs for earnings accuracy, timeliness, reliability, and platform health.
Use deep-dive analysis to identify trends, root causes, impact, and product priorities.
Partner with Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science on data requirements, reporting schemas, source-of-truth datasets, and scalable measurement.
Own associate‑facing tools for investigating, monitoring, reconciling, and resolving earnings issues.
Lead initiatives in automated monitoring and anomaly detection.
Drive investigations and special projects from discovery through implementation.
Build cross‑functional relationships, clarify ownership, and establish operating mechanisms.
Set product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
